✨ (00:05) CHAOTIC DREAMS - with so much powerful energy coming through and planetary alignments that are shifting us up a gear, many are experiencing chaotic, vivid dreams that often have us feeling exhausted by the morning, instead of rested and rejuvenated. We have to surrender to these energies and allow them to be processed through our bodies.
✨ (06:45) FEMININE ENERGY - The balance between the masculine and feminine energies is being restored and as a result so is our internal system. After the past few years of experiencing fear and unsafely, women’s cycles will be reflecting these changes and shifting in rhythm.
✨ (11:00) CHANGES TO OUR PATTERNS - many of us still do not know how to listen to our intuition or the natural cycles of the seasons and the earth. We have to spend more time tuning in to what is around us and learning when it’s the right time to come our and be active, as well as when it is time to rest. Animals have always been attuned to these cycles and it is time for us to learn and remember how to work with them too. If a project is not moving forward, maybe now is not the time to push it forward, but rather to reflect and take stock. Listen to you guidance system.
