When labelling our own personality types, the terms we most frequently use are either "introverted" or "extroverted". However, these terms often come with a bunch of preconceived notions (some accurate, and some less so). In today's episode, we discuss where we stand on the introversion/extroversion spectrum according to the MBTI, versus how we view ourselves in social contexts. We also touch upon stereotypes regarding Asian personalities, as well as explore how upbringing and culture influence how we perceive our ability to socialize with others.
