Description

The idea of forming friendships has been an age-long stressor for people of all ages. Socializing and establishing bonds can be a terrifying experience when it requires you to be trusting and vulnerable. That's why giving and earning the title of "best friend" is a whole level of honour within itself. The concept of a best friend means that you are someone's Person, and they are yours in return.

In this episode, we explore this topic through an open discussion on the different levels of friendships and what is required of someone to obtain a 'best friend'. We also discuss how not everyone has a best friend at each period of their lives (or have never had a best friend yet), and how upbringing and cultural teachings can even influence your perceptions of friendship.
