Loved catching up with former teammate Carl Fletcher. Carl is a former professional footballer who played for West Ham, Crystal Palace, AFC Bournemouth and Wales at international level.
We chatted about Carl's football career and how he adjusted to life in the big time when he secured a move from Bournemouth to West Ham in 2004. Since retiring Carl has been a manager at Plymouth Argyle and most recently Leyton Orient. It's great to see that Carl is still working within football and is currently the Loans Manager at Bournemouth.
Carl also spoke about representing Wales and playing with some high profile players. We also discussed his retirement process and how he transitioned away from professional football.
