Marcus had a very successful, long career within the game where he played mostly at Premier League and Championship level. He has now transitioned away from football and is working within children's social care in the recruitment industry, as an Executive Consultant for a company called Hampton's Resourcing. Prior to that he was working for Jaguar Land Rover.
