Today I spoke to Nick Baxter who is a former professional Rugby Union player who played for Worcester Warriors and represented England in the Commonwealth Games.
I loved hearing how he occupied himself with other interests whilst still playing professional rugby. We spoke about the ups and downs of his rugby career, playing for England, his retirement from sport and how he transitioned into another career.
