Enjoyed having a chat with my old teammate Rhys Weston. Rhys is a former professional footballer who played for Arsenal, Cardiff City and Wales at international level.
In this podcast we spoke about his time at Arsenal with the likes of Thierry Henry, Tony Adams and Dennis Berkgamp to name a few. We also discussed how he established himself at Cardiff and his time playing for Wales in a squad that consisted of Ryan Giggs and Craig Bellamy.
It’s encouraging to see that Rhys has transitioned away from football and is now working at Brentford football club as a Venue Optimisation Team Leader in the commercial department.
