In this episode, we put the focus on workplace wellbeing, looking at The Problem With Perfectionism with Toby Clyde-Smith, BSc, MBPsS, who is the Programme Director for The Positive Group.
We live in an increasingly perfectionist world, and whilst there are a number of recognised benefits which can accompany perfectionist tendencies, there is downside to perfectionism. This talk aims to draw a distinction between the pursuit of excellence and unhealthy perfectionism.
