Did you know that over half of college students experience intense anxiety and a third of college students experience periods of depression? Mental health challenges are more common than many people realize, particularly for college students and recent grads. Yet this topic is often avoided and considered taboo. In this episode, I'm joined by good friend and former student Alana because we both believe that mental health needs to be talked about more openly, so that's what we're doing here.
