Oh I'm back on the podcast, back on the podcast! Man, sorry guys I've been gone for so long. I met this person and I've done that stupid douchey guy thing where I say it's not going to eat up all my free time and of course it ends up eating all of my free time. Ugh, I ate a lot of meat. Stomach still hurts a little bit but I'm breaking it down. It doesn't last long, at least not that long for me. One time I ate only shredded turkey and boiled eggs for lunch, like about 1.5lbs of turkey and 6 hard boiled eggs and 2 big CoCo Vita coconut waters and man, my stomach hurt! But despite the intesity of the pain it went away in about, what, less than 30 minutes I'd say. I was even feeling pretty hungry that night too, surprisingly. Maybe that's why I need to pee so often. My body just holds all this water I've been drinking and all this water in all this meat that I'm breaking down, that my body is just so filled all the time I just can't help but force myself to excrete it.
