Hey guys, I had some time and figured I'd drop in a Friday episode. See if it feels different than my usual Wednesday and Sunday episodes. In short, it doesn't. It just feels like I haven't been doing it a while and now I am and I need to be more consistent. It's not that I'm busy, I'm just lazy? I don't know. I just feel like sleeping a lot these days. Like a lot. I think it's the stress of work leaving my body. You put a certain amount of stress on yourself when you're working and when you take that away and can breathe again, you kind of need to recover to get back to that baseline state. Plus since I've been doing the underground, prohibition jiu-jitsu I'm just putting a different kind of stress on myself that I need to adapt to. I don't know. This has nothing to do with what I talk about on the episode of course, I'm just kind of writing this, for writing sake I guess.
