In this episode, I sit down with my cousin, Nancy, to talk about our experiences as nomads. We discuss the ups and downs of living "nowhere" and discuss our experiences with our careers, challenges faced by black women, the importance of networking and self-empowerment. We also touch on significant life changes, societal expectations, and the benefits of taking a break from it all.

Nancy Joseph, is from Boston, Massachusetts, and a seasoned Senior Business Management Consultant, with over 15 years of valuable experience. In her capacity, she has served and supported clients across the private, federal, and non-profit sectors in the Washington, DC region. he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from American International College, followed by a master's degree in Leadership from Northeastern University.

Nancy exemplifies a steadfast commitment to community service, fueled by a profound passion for "empowering communities, changing lives". She has been an active participant in the National Urban League movement, the Greater Washington Urban Young Professional auxiliaries, NAACP Boston, Haiti Renewal Alliance (DC), and the YMCA youth initiative. Additionally, Nancy is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

In addition to her professional and community involvements, Nancy is a certified empowerment coach recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her genuine passion lies in inspiring individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and to evolve into the best versions of themselves. She created Her Crownicles, LLC, a dedicated empowerment platform that inspires women to reclaim their power daily, recognizing that every woman's "CROWN" faces challenges amid the daily "crownicles" of life.
