The scripture describes Jesus as "The image of the invisible God, and the firstborn of all creation." And though everything is by Him and for Him, we also know Him as the Lamb — THE perfect sacrifice who takes away the sin of all. Jesus' sacrificial love is foretold by John the Baptist and carried out on the cross.
