Episode Notes: Sometimes we just get stuck. Stuck thinking about what could have been or what might be. Stuck on a loop repeating how bad something went. Spiraling into a cycle of frustration or disappointment. Being stuck means we don't find our best performance as often or can't find it at all.  What can we do about it? In this episode we talk about things we work on with athletes and leaders to help direct our attention and pull us out of that spiral. We also acknowledge how hard it can be to do this consistently.
