Description

Episode Notes: Brad Strand is now superintendent of schools in Breckenridge, MN and was a basketball coach at three different programs in Minnesota over the course of 31 years. In 2009, his Pelican Rapids team went undefeated and won a state championship with 12 seniors on the roster. His experiences building programs in different places and at different levels challenges us in this conversation to think about how to best use our people, our time and our energy. We dig in, specifically, on how he did so well at empowering the people around him to create winning cultures and winning programs but he reminds us anything good takes time. Guest host John Peter (JP) joins to interview as Brad was his high school basketball coach.
