Today we're talking about the importance of checking up and checking in. We all mean well. We all intend to make time to check in -- but how many of us actually do? Everyone is busy and has a million things going on. Lets not assume you know how your people are doing. Lets check up on them and check in with them! Call them. Email them. Text them.
