A bit of background on the current landscape. Here at K&J, it took us four years to reach 250K per month in revenue. Recently though, we launched a drilled-down business & it took us one month to reach the same milestone. What can be learned here? We stretched our minds to consider the possibility that we could deliver 10x the value at one tenth the cost.
We leveraged laziness into getting monster results and outsized outcomes. First, let's step back and say, we are always looking for the outsized outcomes. That is the nature of growth-hacking itself. There's usually always a way to hop, skip, and jump over the blood, sweat and tears most people believe is necessary to get there.
