Alena Luciani is a strength and conditioning coach in Toronto, ON. Through her business, Training 2XL, she works with sport athletes and life athletes in different capacities from training to nutrition to goal setting.

In this episode, Alena and I talk about focusing on performance when it comes to training, and how other things fall into place from there. We touch on the difference between feedback and criticism, as well as the benefit of focusing on your strengths as opposed to your weaknesses. Alena talks about goal setting and how important it is in her life, and she opens up about the impact that her family and the loss of her father have had on her growth.
