LaFrieda Smith is an author, entrepreneur, blogger and autism advocate. She met her husband over twenty years ago and they are the proud parents of 3 accomplished children who are now grown. LaFrieda worked in retail for over twenty years before she retired and decided to start her own business. She has had an entrepreneurial spirit for many years and decided to explore it the past couple of years. In her spare time, she writes for her blog, loves to take care of her family and travel. She has a son who is on the Autism Spectrum and he is in an online college, pursuing a Baking & Pastry Diploma. They decided to start a T-shirt line called DRIVEN to pay for his tuition. It has always been an item on her bucket list to write her first book but didn't know exactly what to write. "Buying and Selling" came from her family of 5 doing what they thought was a simple move to a bigger space. She is currently writing her next book and excited to be on this author journey. LaFrieda Smith resides in sunny Florida and is originally from Cleveland Ohio. She is available for book signings, keynote speeches, panel discussions and more.
