In this episode, I talk about the difference between "telling" VS "coaching" in your selling and marketing. I explain how it is ALWAYS better to coach your audience through their thoughts over just telling them what they're doing wrong. When you are NOT doing this, often what you end up doing is being convincing/ argumentative and graspy... and unfortunately, this does not motivate clients to buy.
