Compromised digestion could be one of the greatest reasons people feel sluggish and two steps behind on their day. In this episode of Real Talk, I chat with my gal pal and friend Sam Armstrong who is a dietician based in my home town Brisbane. Poor digestion unfortunately is all too common and just one of the reasons we find ourselves feeling low in energy, flat, sluggish, lethargic and cognitively slow.
Chances are, you are negatively influencing your digestion without even knowing and feeling belly bloat as a result. The good news is that there are some simple lifestyle fixes which you can start implementing today. Let it be known that bloating is not normal and especially not normal to experience on a regular basis.
