ECW PPVs are few and far between on the Network, so it is always special when one pops up. While Barely Legal is certainly historic and influential, that does not mean all is good on this card. There are more spots than a dalmatian, all the iconic ECW guys, and classic ECW shenanigans that cause the flow to go out the window.
