this episode covers the 5 stages of grief and i go into my story about dealing with the loss of my dad. it's important to note that not everyone's grief journey is the same. my coping mechanisms may be different from yours. but it's vital that you don't let anyone tell you what is right for you when it comes to your own healing journey. i get pretty vulnerable in the episode, but it's necessary for me to share my story, as it also helps me heal. :)
