this episode reminds women and people of color to TAKE UP SPACE! in a recent group coaching call with an amazingly beautiful healer as our guest speaker, she asked us to introduce ourselves using our names given at birth followed by "and i am here." we discussed how important it is to allow our ancestors and our origin stories to be heard.
