‘You shall have no other gods before me’ (Exodus 20:3)! The first Commandment— of the Ten — warns the Hebrew children of the Old Testament not to worship or make images of idols.
They didn’t listen!
Today’s episode examines some of the idolatrous gods of that infiltrated the culture of God’s people! And, of course, we still have idols today— maybe by different names— but gods whose worship still causes great harm to the people of God.
