God appears to a young King Solomon, freshly anointed as King and now humbly praying and worshiping before the Lord. 'Ask of me anything you want', God say. Wow! What could this son of David ask for. Wealth? Victory over his enemies? Fame? Yes... but that is NOT what he ask for! In humble recognition of his inadequacies, Solomon asks Jehovah God for 'WISDOM' to rightly and justly rule over God's nation called Israel. God was tremendously pleased with Solomon's request. He answered it by making him the 'wisest man that ever lived'. The outcome of such wisdom is Solomon's sayings... his insights into WISE BEHAVIORS. We know it as The Book of PROVERBS.
