Topic - Ride Share For Kids. Communications get mixed, plans go wrong and there’s Henry, standing at the soccer field and it’s getting dark.
No one’s answering their phones. Susie’s at a party and things are getting wild. She’s scared.
If Henry and Susie had a rideshare app, they could get themselves home.
Consider arranging for access to a rideshare program such as Shuddle which is designed for kids and employs only female drivers. You can follow the icon as Susie is driven home.
I recommend the service be used only in the case of an emergency. It’s not ideal to have strangers pick up Henry, but when there are multiple kids in the family with intense schedules and none of them are old enough to drive and you’ve got no back-up with grandparents, what are your options?
You can only do what you can do. When your kid’s in trouble and needs to be extracted from a dangerous situation, which option is safer? Staying there or getting a rideshare?
Just something to consider.
