You have to be careful about the not-so-healthy ingredients such as sugar. As little as 1.5 ounces of healthy chocolate every month is all it takes to benefit your health.
And, nope, a bag of high fructose corn syrup-laden chocolate goodies won’t do your kids any good.
Buy some really good chocolate with 72% cocoa, but be careful of the caffeine!
