Do you know about silent headaches? These headaches have the classic signs of a migraine without the pain around your temples. During the phase just before the migraine hits, you can get hyper or cranky, have food cravings, be tired and yawn a lot, feel stiff, especially in your neck, need to pee more often and get constipated or have diarrhea.
