Are you a man with a big belly?  Then your risk of dying at a younger age from illnesses like heart disease, lung problems and cancer are much greater even if you don’t smoke or drink even if you are physically active.  Men, if your waist is 43 inches or more, you have a 50% greater risk of dying early than a man whose waist is 35.  It doesn’t matter what your body-mass index is.  The location of the fat makes it dangerous.  It’s on the interior of your body where your organs are.  And, it’s alive.  It’s not some dead stuff just hanging around waiting to get flushed out of your body the next time you go on a diet.  It’s trying to kill you.  It has its own hormone system that creates proteins which impact the heart.  Those proteins make it much easier for you to have a heart attack.  You can’t do sit ups to get rid of this stuff.  You need to have serious cardio and weight training to kill it off and get it out of you.  Do it.  Do it now!
