Falling in love makes you healthier

Falling in love makes colors brighter and the world a happier place.  It also has a major impact on your health.  Love can improve a wide range of conditions.  It takes the activity in 12 areas of the brain working together to make you fall in love.  The first changes in the brain happen within one-fifth of a second of becoming smitten.  When you are touched in loving ways, the pressure centers in the skin release oxytocin.  Love creates a flood of dopamine and oxytocin that give you those feelings of trust and reduce your anxiety.  Love improves your immune system making it easier for you to fight infection.  Kissing calms histamine production which makes you miserable during allergy season.  Dopamine makes your body release its natural painkillers.  And when you kiss a lot, your cholesterol is lowered.  Amazing!  Love is healthy!
