In this episode, I discuss the Crown Act and how it effects women of color with Natural hair, in the workplace or at school. It's a very crazy thing for something like this to have to be in place, simply because Natural hair isn't deemed 'kept' enough to be presentable in certain spaces. I talk about my own natural Hair journey and some simple products I use for my routine.
