My view on oloture: Who's IP is it anyway. In the recent copyright infringement and IP theft accusation against EbonyLife Media by Miss Tobore, i look at the issues around authorship, ownership, who can claim authorship in a copyrighted work, an adaptation of life story, the thin line between copying and inspiration and gave my recommendation, i hope parties will either settle out of court or go to court and let the court decide thereby giving us a precedent to work with.
