Description

I believe we all agree that, as everything else in life, too much social media is not good for us.  However, unlike smoking, alcohol, gambling etc... social media usage does not have regulations. At least not yet.  So the only ''body'' that can regulate its usage, is ourselves.  I wanted to share with you what I do (or try to do) in terms of limiting my social media usage, and making the best out of it, instead of turning it into a massive time waster.  I hope you enjoy.
