- May I be safe from inner and outer harm.
- May I be healthy and strong.
- May I be happy and content.
- May I live with ease and well-being.
- May whatever blocks my heart be dissolved.
- May I know joy and freedom.
- May I have food, shelter and good care.
- May I be free from animosity and hatred.
- May I know peace.
- May I be a good friend to myself.
