Defining success is based on how I view myself, how I feel about myself and where I am, as well as ensuring I am bringing something of value to others.

A lot of healthcare is transitioning away from providing the best healthcare toward providing the best financial management and oversight.
Our mission is to take care of the good neighbor. If the leadership team can hold close together and rely on one another, we can make it through. We rely a lot on transparency.
What advice would you like to share about having the right psychology of success? When you’re right with you, there is nothing that can stand in your way. If you can get up every morning and look at yourself and say that you’re going to bring your A-game, whatever that may be, nothing can hold you back.
If I can accept myself as I am, then I can truly work on myself to become who I want to be. Do not let people dictate who you are or what you can become.
Everything that you want to do in life is a choice or a series of choices that you have to make to get there.
