Jody Holland and Brett Beitlich discuss the benefits of using metric evaluations in business. Metrics allow you to make decisions rooted in logic rather than in emotion. They discuss what you lose in turnover costs and the metrics for evaluating that. If what you are doing as a leader is not accomplishing your goals, you need to reevaluate your tactics.
