This week on The Unknown, we were joined by Lucy Skoch. Lucy is a current Hastings College Volleyball captain and elementary school education and special ed major. In this episode, she shared with us a little about her life, the role that volleyball has played in her life, the way she approaches leadership, and the mental struggles that she has faced both athletically and personally. She also talked about how she has come to appreciate every single day and not taking things for granted.
