JJ and Kahan breakdown the value of media and the information we process these days. The fragility of the modern world is driving people to desperate measures and creates a deep sense of division that is unnecessary. We try to understand and examine why this happens with us. Of course, customary of every episode, we talk about those d*mn masks. JJ goes on a brilliant rant about the state of laws these days preventing those measures. “Duck faced idiots,” as they are commonly referred to.
We also breakdown the situation at universities right now. We examine the advantages and disadvantages of uni’s. What truly makes them so special; community, activities, friends, learning, new experiences. These go beyond the boundaries of prescribed laws. Who knows what the situations of these “hybrid” based semesters (which are taking place all over the world) will be like. Does college even contain the value we once believed it did?
We have a simple message: put the students first. Our best interest is everyones, especially at an institution where the very prevalence of students holds the fabric of this very system afloat.
