Will Stein’s interviewee for this episode is Andrew Young. Andrew became LSE’s first Chief Operating Officer in January 2016. He is also a member of the LSE Directorate and the School Management Committee . Previously, Andrew was COO for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine as well as the Head of the Science, Agriculture and Engineering Faculty Office at Newcastle University. Before starting his career in academic administration, Andrew completed an undergraduate degree, a PhD and 8 years of research in Zoology and related areas.
