Bennie Clay is a highly-accomplished real estate professional with over 16 years of experience in the industry. A proud graduate of Fresno State with a B.A. in Business Management, Bennie began his journey as a student-athlete, playing football at Eastern Washington University from 2001-2002. Today, Bennie holds licenses as both a real estate agent and a general contractor and has achieved multi-million dollar sales as a six-time Top Producer Award winner from 2017 to 2022. Happily married with two children, Bennie demonstrates an unwavering commitment to excellence in his career. Bennie has expertly managed a portfolio of 900 apartment units, personally built over 300 Class A apartment units, and currently owns 12 rental units. Recently, Bennie founded Rise Above Capital, a multi-family investment company with an ambitious goal of purchasing $90 million worth of properties in the next 12 months. With such an extensive and successful background, Bennie continues to be a sought-after expert in the real estate field.
