Solocast. I have resistance to recording this. That shows me that this is important. I must wield the power of choice in the places where I feel the most friction. Sharing my perspective and my voice with others feels amazing to do, but I get ‘stage fright’ mixed with procrastination habits and days go by without stepping up to the plate for some good ole fashioned VULNERABILITY :) . So, Hello, dear listener I’m glad you are here. Intentional vulnerability can open doors to channels of communication that could not be opened any other way. When a friend shares a wound or a weakness with us, it automatically makes us feel closer to them, even if we don’t realize it. I think the same goes for when we shine a light on our internal and personal vulnerabilities, the ones we may only know the effects of, and not the source. This can help deepen our self love, self understanding, and self acceptance . . Follow me on Instagram/Twitter @wesonly1. Wes Carlson on YouTube and Facebook.
