my life has been steeped in anti-drug culture and I’m pretty much over it. Today I talk a bit about how I’m navigating drugs and my cultural conditioning that admitting drug use means someday someone won’t hire you, and i’m still hesitant about being completely transparent because of that narrative.
and I talk more about building a peer coaching group and incorporating the podcast and using clubhouse to help host and create community.
