start listening to the inner child, the manager, the firefighter, and the higher self. we are incredibly complex beings. paying attention to which character you imagine yourself to be during certain moments throughout your day. we aren’t ALWAYS thinking and acting as our higher selves, are we? let’s not cast any judgement on who we want to be in any moment, instead just observe and bring the internal dialogue to light.
