Description

allowing our routines and habits and desires to change throughout life is not always easy to do. why are we attached to the things we are familiar with, even if they are not what we now want? how do we push past the limiting beliefs that rattle around inside our heads? each day we have the opportunity to simply enact change that feels right to us. jumping off of wagons that are no longer leading us where we want to go, as well as jumping onto ones that are. 

give yourself permission to let go of things. give yourself the inner space to fill up with new, aligned actions and beliefs.
