In this study we are examining Galatians Chapter 4. The Galatians came out of a culture that was steeped with idolatry so the things associated with idolatry were very familiar to them. Because of the familiarity of the culture it would be easy for someone to try to mix the traditions of the culture in with the message of the gospel. If you are not careful we can allow the culture to invade/influence the church instead of the church invading/influencing the culture.
Sometimes the things we use to identify as church are not steeped in biblical truth but fall into denominational traditions. If you are not careful you can become enslaved by the tradition.
