My guest today is professional rugby player Tavis knoyle. Tavis is actually one of only 3 players to represent all four of the Welsh regions.
During his career, Tavis has played professionally for Ospreys, Scarlets, Gloucester, Blues, and now the Dragons. Tavis has also represented Wales at different age grade level and has won 11 senior caps for Wales, where he debuted against the New Zealand All blacks in Dunedin in 2010.
During the podcast, we spoke about his career, where it all began, who inspired him, his gym, how he bounced back against injuries and what it was like to make his debut for Wales against the New Zealand All Blacks. Tavis is a great example and advocate of work ethic, if you apply that grit and determination to your life you’re going to be successful and he is proof of that both on and off the field.
