In the second installment of the kettlebell fat blast bonus episodes about my own journey to get in the best shape of my life, I dig into my history with substances, why I decided to do a dry January, and some of the lessons I learned from my experience to start out 2021. This was an important step as priority 1 of my Commitments for 2021 was to share my story, and my history with self medicating, self destructive, and disordered behaviors is not something I've shared much about publicly and for the reason I came to understand as a thread between all these areas; shame. Inside I share some of my revelations about my triggers and the approaches that helped me complete dry January successfully.
