Everything starts with a thought; a "dream "; a "vision ". But if there's no action, the dream remains to be just a dream. Taking action towards your goal is straightforward but consistent action is another game on its own. What makes people successful? How did these people get themselves to take inspired action? What's their secret? This is what the podcast will be about. I want you to leave each episode feeling motivated and empowered to take action towards your dream. To not be afraid to dream big and shift your mindset from self-doubt to unshakeable self-belief. 

The purpose is for people leaving the podcast feeling inspired to take action on what they really want to but hasn't done so due to any barriers e.g limiting beliefs, fear of failure /perfectionism .. by bringing people who are doing what they want to despite perhaps having setbacks or doubts .. .personally, my story was taking action to recover from 5 years of anorexia and depression from Alopecia .. taking action is so straightforward but actually, it's also hard and often times people may feel stuck and choose to not take the action ... I want people to shift their mindset and go from self-doubt to having belief in themselves to go for what they want to achieve no matter how big or small.
