"When I picture my future, I don't see you as part of it."

If you've ever found yourself not eating, feeling like a zombie going to work, or struggling to do anything after a breakup, you're not alone. After her relationship unexpectedly (to her) ended, Jessica found herself spiraling into a pattern of neglecting her physical and mental wellbeing. Struggling with substances and food, Jessica finally decided something needed to change. After a diagnosis confirming her fears, she stepped fully into the discomfort of confronting things about herself she'd been avoiding and sitting in the discomfort of working through them. We get into all the details about the "messy middle" of life post breakup and how she found herself, four years later, engaged to the very man who said those words.

We're thrilled to have Jessica Smith back on the show to discuss her second book, "Thank You for Dumping Me" (available on Amazon)! Find her at @hellojessness
